Kritzer Law Group Secures Defense Verdict in NYC Bus Accident

As such, Mr. Iervasi successfully established that the plaintiff was required to yield the right-of-way to the Transit Authority bus which was already traveling on the service road before this accident. This crucial detail secured a verdict in favor of the defendant in just 20 minutes. The jury agreed that the plaintiff failed to yield the right of way, causing the collision.
